Building off Resilience Building for Caregivers part 1, participants in this 2-hour training will explore adult resilience through a lens of Awareness, Balance, and Connection. Focuses of this session include strategies for personal mental wellness and self-care, along with resources for achieving their self-care goals. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with each other in small group breakout discussions to share their personal experience and thoughts on the topic.
