During this training, we will dive into the ECE Competency Area Leadership in Early Childhood Education. We will review the dispositions and key concepts explained within the competency and will identify the depositions already present in our everyday practice. By the end of the session, participants will understand how leadership is reflected in all positions within the ECE field. This training fulfills 2 hours in the Competency Area: Leadership in Early Childhood Education (LECE).
