During Module 1 participants will explore ways to leverage unique skills and interests and create a program that is personally fulfilling on top of being attractive to families. Participants will learn to identify the needs of clients and target audiences they can best serve. When the module concludes, participants will leave the session with strategies for their core program offerings and how their program can stand out in the market. This training fulfills 2 hours in the Competency Area: Administration & Supervision (AS).
