When students experience chronic stress, it can negatively impact their motivation, performance, as well as their physical and emotional health, which can then affect the morale and climate of the home, the classroom, the staff room, the organization, and the community. Participants in this engaging series will walk away with research-based practices that they can use immediately with their students to reduce stress and anxiety, improve attention and performance, and strengthen overall physical and psychological well-being. This transformational learning session provides an easy framework to give participants simple yet powerful strategies to explicitly model and teach these skills to students in order to boost their resilience.
This training is for directors, site supervisors, lead teachers, and family child care providers (licensee only)
