Caregiving routines change as children grow and developmental changes occur. During this training, participants will explore responsive and individualized care for infants and toddlers in the child care setting. Discover how interactions and observations help caregivers learn more about children to individualize their care routines. Participants will also learn how to develop natural environments appropriate for children’s developmental stages. By the end of the training, participants will gain a better understanding of the Universal Design for Learning framework. •
