The Business Administration Scale (BAS) is an assessment tool that measures the business and professional practices of Family Child Care programs. During this session, we will discuss the meaning of family engagement in the child care setting. Together, we will discuss how strong family engagement and support leads to positive outcomes for children. By the end of the session, participants will have strategies to support family partnerships and information on community resources.
