Module 3 guides participants to embrace their creative side and design their best program space. This module helps in planning an environment that supports children with their social, emotional, and cognitive learning as well as the adult’s own well-being. Participants will learn how to use color, lighting, and space to relax or energize all while practicing how to create different activity areas and identify which ones are the best for your program’s curriculum. This training fulfills 2 hours in the Competency Area: Learning Environments and Curriculum (LEC).
