This training will explore the ECE Competency Area of Learning Environments and Curriculum. Participants will discuss strategies, including curriculum planning and the learning environment, to help engage children. Participants will share their ideas on creating environments, schedules, and routines that meet the individual needs and interests of each child in their care. By the end of the training, participants will understand how all staff members can contribute to the curriculum planning and assessment process.
