Through guided conversations we’ll share resources, challenges, and successes and take home tools to strengthen ourselves and our families.
In this café on parent and child anger we’ll discuss managing and controlling anger in adults and children. Questions will focus on real life situations that can trigger anger and other emotions. Participants will have the opportunity to explore how they currently handle difficult situations in the lives of their children and gain valuable tools to help control anger.
