Experience art therapy and mindful meditation techniques that support social-emotional learning and reduce stress for both teachers and students. Participants will explore simple mindfulness practices including body awareness, guided imagery, and relaxation exercises that calm the nervous system and promote safety, connection, and calm. Through hands-on sensory art experiences, educators will discover how creative expression can strengthen self-regulation and support co-regulation. Participants will leave with practical art and mindfulness strategies to use right away to help young children build calm and focus in the classroom.
