Valuing the Full Spectrum of Infant & Toddler Temperaments

Explore the different aspects of infant and toddler temperaments and how they contribute to the range of diversity in your programs.

At this training, participants will:

– Have the chance to reflect on your own temperament and consider how it shapes your view of the ‘ideal child’
– Learn to identify these temperament traits in their program
– Collaborate with peers to develop strategies for fostering positive and nurturing relationships with infants and toddlers, no matter their temperament

This training is based on curriculum from the Program for Infant Toddler Care (PITC).
