Teacher Child Interactions and Environments in a Pre-K Setting

Learn and review the differences of how adults guide children through emotional supportive interactions, provide developmentally appropriate inquiry and support a child’s learning through a properly organized program. We will review what a classroom environment can look like, when being intentional with the organization, arrangement, and quality of your materials in your program. Before the workshop ends, you will be able to connect areas of classroom organization, arrangement, and quality of materials to your emotional, cognitive, and adult-child interactions.

• This training is in the Competency Area: Relationships, Interactions and Guidance (RIG)
