In this Program for Infant Toddler Care (PITC) training, we will explore and define the differences between socialization, guidance, and discipline when caring for infants and toddlers. Ways to guide and respond to the child’s whole development will be explored, including strategies to prevent and respond to challenging behavior. Learn the importance of considering all factors that influence their behavior, including the role of culture and family.
