This skill building program respects and honors the unique history and traditions of people of African descent and emphasizes building strong family bonds, fostering cultural pride, and equipping parents with tools to navigate parenting challenges effectively.
In The Path to the Pyramid of Success for Black Children training, we will cover:
– Course Orientation: Briefly review the course’s history and purpose
– Life Goals for Black Children: Begin to develop the Pyramid of Success for Black Children concept
– Discuss Pride in Blackness
Please note: Classes are open to San Bernardino County parents. Those who attend 11 out of 15 classes will receive a certificate of completion and participate in a graduation ceremony.
